Adoption Paperwork
Adoption files run to dozens of documents: home studies, consent forms, post-placement reports and finalization paperwork. We keep them organized, check each page against your agency's list and arrange notarization so the process does not stall.

Questions
- Will you meet somewhere private?
- Yes. We meet at your home, your attorney's office or by video, wherever you are comfortable.
- Which adoption documents typically need notarization?
- Home study consent forms, relinquishment paperwork, post-placement reports, finalization affidavits and many international-adoption documents. If your agency or attorney sends a list, we confirm what needs a notary before we meet.
- Can you accommodate signers in different locations?
- Sometimes, depending on the document and the state. In-person is usually safest for domestic adoptions. For some supporting documents, remote online notarization can bring in a signer who lives far away.
- Do you meet in person or online?
- Both. We meet in person in Philadelphia and Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties, and by video or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- How fast do you respond?
- We confirm bookings within the hour, day or night. For something due tomorrow, call (215) 690-1366.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the matter. Pricing is discussed before you commit.
