Estate Planning Documents
We help you gather and prepare wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney and healthcare directives, then arrange the witnesses and the notary so each one is signed correctly the first time. We are paralegals, not attorneys: we do not draft your plan or give legal advice.

Questions
- Can you write my will or estate plan for me?
- No. We are certified paralegals, not attorneys, so we cannot draft your plan or advise on what it should say. We organize and prepare documents (under attorney supervision where the law requires it) and arrange notarization so they are validly executed. For the legal strategy, see an estate attorney.
- Do wills and powers of attorney need witnesses as well as a notary?
- Yes. In Pennsylvania a durable power of attorney needs two adult witnesses and notarization under the Uniform Power of Attorney Act (20 Pa. C.S. §§ 5601–5612), and the agent must sign a Notice before it takes effect. A will usually needs two disinterested witnesses; a notarized self-proving affidavit speeds up probate. Tell us what you are signing when you book and we will tell you what to have on hand.
- Can you come to a hospital or care facility for an estate signing?
- Yes. Bedside signings are routine. The signer must be able to identify themselves and understand what they are signing at the time of the appointment.
- Do you meet in person or online?
- Both. We meet in person in Philadelphia and Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Bucks counties, and by video or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- How fast do you respond?
- We confirm bookings within the hour, day or night. For something due tomorrow, call (215) 690-1366.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the matter. Pricing is discussed before you commit.
